     Over a hundred and fifty exhibitors will be showing off thousands of really neat coins.  You can start a collection, or add to an existing one.  Either way, you'll have a great time.  That we promise!

Thursday, Friday & Saturday - The Westchester County Coin Club presents an entertainment and educational collector exhibit area where collectors display their collections and compete for awards and prizes.  A must see, the individual creativity in this exhibit area is rivaled only by the quality and variety of the items on display!

Friday 9:00 a.m.  - Liberty Seated Collectors Club Regional Meeting, The LSCC is a group of over six hundred collectors and dealers dedicated to the study and attribution of the American silver Liberty Seated coinage of the 19th century.

Saturday 10 a.m. - First 100 visitors (1 per family/group) will receive a very special 1982 USA George Washington Half Dollar Commemorative -  Retail Value Approximately $15 

About This Gift - The 1982 George Washington Commemorative Half Dollar marked the beginning of the Modern Commemorative Coin Program. The coin was issued to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of George Washington. 

The obverse of the coin portrays George Washington on horseback. The reverse features his home at Mount Vernon. The coin was designed and engraved by Elizabeth Jones, who was serving as the chief sculptor and engraver of the United States Mint at the time the coin was issued. 

The obverse inscriptions read "George Washington", "Liberty", "250th Anniversary of Birth" and the date "1982". The reverse inscriptions include "United States of America", "In God We Trust", and the denomination "Half Dollar".

Coins were struck in 90% silver and represented the first 90% silver coins to be produced by the United States Mint since 1964.
