To be fair to all dealers, if you had a table and want the exact same location, then please fill out your application and return with full payment by May 1st.

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your table location, then please fill out application, return with payment and we will assign best booth available to you!

After May 1, booth locations unsold will be available on a 1st come basis!  However Dealers who have booked hotel rooms at the Hilton do receive preferred choice!

Remember all previous Coinfest shows were completely sold out with over 30 names on wait list!
